
Emotion opened the door to our human feelings ... to our heart. As a matter of fact, emotion is typically wrote on our facial expressions, however without denial, facial expression sometimes can deceive too. Another channel that traces our emotion will be from our body language, did the person banged the door, danced around, humming song, etc, or positive vibes or negative vibes we unintentionally released out .... People around us will sensed the signals. If positive body signal, people will feel comfortable around us. Just imagine your usually serious boss is laughing and talking cheerfully over phone, full of smiles, then you know today is your lucky day and definately can leave work on time today! so you picked up your phone and call your friends to arrange for a night out. But if boss is shouting and swearing away over phone, then you better stay away from him as much as possible, well.. at least for today.
Words generated out from anger are always dreadful for the receiving person. We need to be in control of our negative emotion, unintentional hurtful words may be blurted out without much thoughts and resulting in negative harmful effect to the relationship. You can either go do some relaxing exercise, like do some gardening or play with your doggie for a while, or may also alert your partner that you are not feeling happy today, he or she will try to be more understanding and accommodative to any unpleasantness which may otherwise occurred. We all know that maintaining a good relationship not easy, it needs to be nurture.
Let's all learn to be in control of our own emotion and not be swayed by our emotion in our everyday life. It is not easy but let's us all try.
